Return and Refund Policy

At Mirevera, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return or exchange period from the date your order was delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You must contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your original order was delivered.
  • Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team will not be accepted. Please contact us first.
  • Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear. Items must not have been resized or altered in any way.
  • Original Packaging & Tags: Items should be returned with their original packaging and jewelry tag intact. Items without the jewelry tag are not eligible for return.
  • Trackable Shipping: When returning or exchanging items, you must use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges shipped without tracking if they are lost in transit.

2. Return & Exchange Coverage

We offer two types of coverage for returns and exchanges:

  • Full Coverage (Mirevera covers all shipping fees):
    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item arrived broken, defective, or with an incorrect engraving.
  • Limited Coverage (Customer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping fees; Mirevera.com does not refund original shipping fees):
    • You ordered the wrong size.
    • You do not like the item in person (change of mind).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Items: This includes items with customized sizes (those that incur an extra $20 fee), custom engravings, customized colors, customized stone cuts, or customized stone sizes.
  • Worn Items: Any item that shows signs of wear.
  • Replacement/Exchange Items: Items that were sent to you as a replacement or as part of a previous exchange cannot be returned again.
  • Items Without Jewelry Tag: As stated in section 1.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Step 1: Contact Us to Initiate
    • Email our Customer Service team at [email protected].
    • Please provide your Order Number and the reason for your return/exchange.
    • Our customer service representatives will determine your eligibility and, if approved, will provide you with a “Return & Exchange” authorization and our return shipping address.
  2. Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
    • Once your request is approved, please ship the item(s) back within 7 days, following the instructions provided by our team.
    • Use a shipping method with tracking. We recommend also using a service that requires a signature upon delivery.
    • If an item is shipped without a tracking number and is lost by the carrier, the customer will be liable, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
  3. Step 3: Inspection & Processing (Refund or Exchange)
    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.
    • After inspection, we will either process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund, according to your approved request.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: If your return is approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the item(s) meet our return conditions.
  • Original Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable:
    • Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded. Even if you received free or discounted shipping on your order, we incur an initial shipping cost.
    • For orders where free shipping was selected, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original shipping expenses. For orders with paid shipping, the actual shipping rate paid will be non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

  • General Orders (Non-Personalized): Can be fully refunded if canceled before the order is shipped.
  • Personalized/Engraved/Special Order Items:
    • Within 10 hours of placing the order: No cancellation fee.
    • Between 10 to 24 hours after placing the order: A $10 cancellation fee will apply.
    • More than 24 hours after placing the order: A $20 cancellation fee will apply (to cover material and processing costs).
  • Shipped Orders: We CANNOT cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please wait for your package to arrive. You may then either keep it or contact us to initiate a return for a refund (subject to the return conditions above).
  • Do NOT Refuse Delivery: Please do not refuse delivery of your package. Undelivered packages refused by the recipient may be destroyed by third-party logistics providers, and we will not be able to process a refund in such cases.

7. Policy Amendments

mirevera.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
