Shipping Policy

At this moment we ship our products to the United States, Canada and Australia.

At Mirevera, we strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, times, and costs.

1. Estimated Delivery Time

Your estimated delivery time is the sum of our Processing Time and the Shipping Time for the shipping method you select.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

2. Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Items: Many popular styles can be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
  • Engraved, Customized Items, or Custom Sizes: These items may take up to 8-15 working days to process. (Custom sizes are those that incur an extra $20 fee).
  • The estimated processing time for each specific product is also listed on its product page.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details and a projected delivery date.

3. Shipping Options, Costs, and Times (for orders to the United States, Canada and Australia)

We offer the following shipping methods for orders delivered within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii:

  • P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO): We can only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses using our Free Shipping method. Express Shipping is not available for these addresses.

Important Notes on Shipping Times:

  • The shipping timeframes mentioned above do not include our processing time.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected, especially during peak holiday seasons, due to unforeseen vendor or carrier service disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional business days compared to the contiguous United States.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally. Shipping costs and times for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Taxes, Tariffs, and Duties: All international orders may incur additional charges such as import taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. Mirevera is not responsible for these additional fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are typically payable at the time of delivery or as instructed by customs. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Account Tracking: You can also log in to our website and track your order status under “Account > My Account > My Orders.”
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Direct Tracking Link: You can track your order directly on our website using this link.
  • Further Assistance: If you need more detailed tracking information or assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us by the carrier as “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused by the recipient:
    • Reshipment: You will be responsible for the reshipping costs if you wish for the order to be sent out again.
    • Refund: If you request a refund for an undeliverable package returned to us, the refund will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy, and original shipping costs (including the $10 fee for orders that initially qualified for free shipping) will be deducted.
