  • Product Care: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to silver products caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, or if silver jewelry is worn during activities such as bathing or visiting hot springs. Such damage is not covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If parcels are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for any losses, and a refund will not be available under these circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
